I met Ian White (the Founder of the Australian Bush Flower Essences) in London at a training seminar for the Essences. Initially sceptical, I have since observed how powerful the effect can be using them alone or as support to other remedies or medicines. Everything in nature has properties, and many plants have extremely therapeutic qualities.
